Every City
Has Its Secrets
Work living noir cases with an AI Chief, AI partners, and witnesses who remember every question.
Create an account → make a detective, open their file, take your first case. No card.
A REAL TURN
See how a turn actually plays
No trailer, no mock-up: this is the game's own voice, its own dice, its own consequences.

Twenty seconds. Watch a scene open the way it does in play.
AI Chief
Dynamic storytelling and immersive worlds crafted by advanced AI. Endless possibilities, always responsive.
Solo or Crew Play
Venture alone with AI partners or gather your crew. Flexible play for any style, any schedule.
Living NPCs
NPCs with memory, personalities, and goals that evolve. Build relationships that shape your story.
How It Works
Choose Your World
Pick your setting, tone, and partners. Your AI Chief wakes the world.
Begin Your Case
The story unfolds in real time. Every choice, every word shapes what comes next.
Every Choice Echoes
Your decisions reshape the world permanently. Nothing resets. Your legend grows.
Before the Doors Close
A living world. A tireless Chief. A story that is entirely yours.
“The AI Chief doesn't just generate encounters: it remembers. The witness you leaned on too hard. The deal you cut in a back room. The suspect you let walk. Every session, it weaves your past choices into the living fabric of the world, adapting tone, introducing consequences, rewarding roleplay. It senses when you are grieving a fallen partner and softens the world around you. It lets tension rise when you have made enemies. It notices the details you think no one saw. This is not a chatbot. This is your Chief.”
A WORLD WITH MEMORY
Three sessions ago you saved a village. They still speak your name there. The merchant you swindled avoids your table. The oath you broke left a crack in something. Nothing resets. Every choice you made is woven into the world, and waiting.
CHARACTERS WITH LIVES
The blacksmith has debts he won't talk about. The innkeeper witnessed something she wishes she hadn't. Every NPC has a life you can enter, or shatter. They have histories, fears, and plans. None of them are set dressing.
SHAPED AROUND YOU
Playing solo with an AI partner or charging into battle with a full crew: the world bends to fit. Encounters aren't scripted. The tension, the pacing, the stakes: all calibrated to how you play.
NO SCHEDULING REQUIRED
Real schedules kill real cases. Noir Division doesn't. Your Chief is there at 2am on a Tuesday or on a Sunday with friends. Play when the story calls, not when calendars align.
SPEAKS YOUR LANGUAGE
Full immersion in English, Turkish, German, Italian, French, and Spanish. The world greets you in your own tongue, with more languages arriving each season.
YOUR LEGEND, KEPT
In years to come, you'll remember the night you made the wrong call down on the waterfront. How it rippled. How it ended. Noir Division keeps those stories the way old books keep marginalia: everything you wrote is still there.
“Your legend doesn't end when the session does. Neither does the world.”

Patch Notes
Always getting better
Noir Division grows almost every week. The latest updates:
- v2.7
Two Ways to War
NewSeptember 5, 2026- Narrative Mode is here: pick your combat style when creating an adventure; in Narrative there is no map, fights flow purely through the story, you write your own actions and battle scenes are painted again
- The host can switch the style from the room too: tap the map icon up top; the choice is only made outside a fight
- Creativity now pays: bold moves that use the scene and its surroundings earn advantage from the referee; the same trick never pays twice, foes adapt
- The custom action moved up front: the free-text box now sits at the top of the action panel; tap a named obstacle on the map and your sentence starts with it
- The story reshapes the battlefield: burning oil turns ground rough, cleared rubble opens a path; what the tale describes lands on the map
- In a narrative fight your partner asks in words: they propose their move as a sentence, and on your approval that sentence becomes their action
- v2.6
Partners Under Fire
September 4, 2026- Your partner now plays their own turn: they plan a move, mark their cell on the map and ask your approval in chat; answer in plain words, they act on a yes and stand down on a no
- Hostiles actually fight back now: everyone who gets you in reach strikes; your defense die fits your profession, a bruiser braces, a burglar dodges
- Moves now have cooldowns: strong tricks and area attacks cannot be pressed every round; the panel shows each move's cooldown and rounds left
- Cover and support moves are mechanical now: a morale boost grants real advantage on your dice, cover real protection; the roll decides, the effect is guaranteed
- Move preview: hover a move in the panel and its footprint lights up on the map; fire tones for damage, green for support
- Kingpins look the part on the map: a large phased health bar and a turning ring; the board locks while the scene is being written
- v2.5
The Tactical Shootout Map
September 4, 2026- Shootouts now play out on a tactical map: every brawl gets a top-down floor painted for your exact scene, with crew and hostiles lined up on the grid
- Real objects in the painting are the cover: bar counters, toppled tables, crates hold their place on the map; hover shows their name, debris ground costs 2 steps
- You have a movement budget per round; hostile reach and threat zones show on the map, so who can reach whom is a tactical call now
- Profession action kits: action points per round, moves picked by cost and range, signature actions on legendary gear, and a damage range shown on every attack
- Hostiles have faces now: a small portrait is painted for each one and shown on its map token
- Double-tap the map to ping a spot for your crew; on phones, tapping your own token no longer opens the panel, so you are free to move
